High school senior sessions are some of my very favorite photo shoots. I love the personality and uniqueness of teenagers. Maggie certainly tops my list when it comes to seniors’ originality! How cool are her tutu and pointe shoes?!
Maggie also has such a sweet soul. It started to rain at about the exact moment we pulled into the parking lot for her session, but she stayed so calm and kind. I hung out in the car with her and her mom as we watched the radar and made our plan. We were able to squeeze in her first two outfits during a break in the rain and the light was just gorgeous.
As soon as Maggie was in her third outfit, her tutu, the rain started again. Luckily there was a beautiful little barn area we used to capture some of her right in her element. After we captured those pictures I asked Maggie what she thought about dancing in the rain. She was totally up for it! I love how these images turn out, and they show just how fun, silly and spontaneous Maggie is! I hope she always looks back at her senior pictures and smiles at all the memories we were able to create- even in the rain!
